Stockat — Innovation Hub Studio Ltd
Stockat is designed to store your business data — products, orders, customers, and settings — locally on your own device. We do not hold a copy of this data on our servers, so deleting it is entirely in your control.
Option 1 — Delete specific items inside the app
Open Stockat, go to Products or Orders, and use the delete option on any item you want to remove.
Option 2 — Delete all app data
iOS: Settings → General → iPhone Storage → Stockat → Delete App. This removes the app and all locally stored data.
Android: Settings → Apps → Stockat → Storage & cache → Clear storage. Or simply uninstall the app.

Since Stockat does not maintain a server-side copy of your business data, there is no retention period to disclose for that data — it exists only on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app. Subscription and transaction records are retained by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat in line with their own data retention policies.
