Stockat is operated by Innovation Hub Studio Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how Stockat (the "App") handles information when you use it.
Stockat is designed to work primarily on your device. The products, orders, customers, and settings you create are stored locally on your phone, in the App's private database. We do not collect, transmit, or have access to this data on our servers, except as described below.
The App requests access to your device's camera and photo library so you can attach photos to your products. These photos are stored locally on your device and are only shared when you explicitly choose to do so (for example, when generating a product catalog or sharing a receipt via WhatsApp or another app).
If you choose to subscribe to Stockat Pro, your purchase is processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), and subscription validation is handled through our payments provider, RevenueCat. RevenueCat may collect a device identifier and purchase/transaction information to manage your subscription. We do not have access to your payment card details. The App may in future use basic, privacy-respecting analytics and crash reporting to help us understand app stability and improve the product. Where this is enabled, it does not include the contents of your product catalog, orders, or customer data — only anonymous technical information such as app version, device type, and crash logs.
When you use features such as "Generate Catalog" or "Share Receipt", the App creates a file (PDF or image) and hands it to your device's native share function. What you do with that file — for example, sending it via WhatsApp — is between you and the recipient, and is not something Stockat controls or stores.
Stockat is a business tool intended for adults running or managing a small business. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
Because your business data is stored locally on your device, you control it directly — you can edit or delete it at any time within the App, or remove it entirely by uninstalling the App. If you have questions about data handled by our subscription provider (RevenueCat) or platform stores (Apple/Google), you may also contact them directly.
We may update this Privacy Policy as the App evolves — for example, if we introduce optional cloud backup or sync in the future. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.
