These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Stockat mobile application (the "App"), provided by Innovation Hub Studio Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using Stockat, you agree to these Terms.
Stockat is an inventory and order management tool for small sellers, particularly those who sell via chat-based channels such as WhatsApp. The App helps you track products, stock levels, and orders, and generate catalogs and receipts to share with your customers. Stockat is not a marketplace, payment processor, or e-commerce platform — it does not connect you with new customers, process payments, or guarantee any sale.
Your product, order, and customer data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for keeping your device secure and for backing up your data if needed, as we do not currently provide automatic cloud backup. If you uninstall the App, your locally stored data may be permanently lost.
Stockat offers a free tier with limited products and orders, and a paid "Pro" subscription that removes these limits and unlocks additional features (such as PDF catalog generation). Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, in accordance with their respective terms. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
Prices may change over time. Any promotional pricing is valid for the period stated at the time of purchase and does not guarantee future pricing.
You agree to use Stockat only for lawful purposes. You may not use the App to list or sell illegal goods or services, to impersonate another person or business, or to attempt to interfere with the App's normal operation.
Catalogs, receipts, and other documents generated by the App are created from information you provide (product names, prices, photos, customer details). You are solely responsible for the accuracy of this information and for how you use and share generated documents with your customers.
Stockat is a tool to help you organize your selling activity. We make no guarantee regarding sales volume, revenue, or business outcomes from using the App.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for your specific business needs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Innovation Hub Studio Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, including loss of data, loss of sales, or business interruption.
We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
You may stop using Stockat at any time by uninstalling the App. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App for users who violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
